Construction Management
As a construction manager, High Line works as an extension of your staff. Participating in the project from day one as a full team member with your staff, architect, engineer, and consultants, we offer a controlled approach to project delivery that consistently results in cost savings and expedited project schedules. This contracting method places construction professionals in a partnership with the entire team, facilitating conflict resolution, creative problem solving and a “one in, all in” project approach.
Design-Build
Our team has a thorough understanding of the design-build methodology, allowing maximum constructability and schedule compliance without stifling design. We believe that design-build is more than a method of combining A/E teams with general contractors under one contract. Rather, it is a collaborative effort where the success of each party is directly tied to that of the overall team. This motivates the designer to support the contractor, and in turn, the contractor supports the designer, from NTP through occupancy.
General Contracting
High Line is capable of undertaking a variety of projects, from smaller renovation projects to large-scale corporate projects. General Contracting is the heart of any construction company, and High Line is no different. Our roots are in general contracting. These traditional Design-Bid-Build projects continue to make up a large portion of our portfolio.
